        Didn't stay here. Live in the next village, it's well worth the walk. Been for drinks several times and eaten once. Really nice and friendly pub. Looking forward to more visits here. Tables in the sun outside. Walkability: It's a great walk around ryton pools then stop here for food or drinks.

        Went for Sunday lunch for Mothers Day 2023 with family. There were 6 of us. Not a good meal considering it was the 1st time I have come here. Meat wasnt cooked so we had to send it back and the vegetables were hard. Meat has to be cooked properly otherwise food poisoning is a possibility. I would never recommend this place and I wont be coming back.
