Dont often review places but this was such a shocker I felt the need. Doors to the station were locked off, no idea why. Solitary barman was rude. Tried to serve in plastic cups (despite drinking indoors). Kindly asked for a glass. Got a look like Id tried to murder his first born. Received Neck Oil in a Guinness glass. Beer was warm(!). Never, ever, again. Avoid!

Typical old style British pub. Entrance from Street side and from railside. Very reasonable prices for a good selection of beer and spirits and food. If looking for somewhere for a quick beer before your train the place to go with friendly staff. Warm and friendly with well priced snacks.

Would of been 5 stars but for the unpleasant barman with no manners or emotion.
