By far the worst managing agent I've had to deal with. After surreptitiously taking over the management of the block through securing only one Director's signature, they have gone on to remove the company accounts and advised to disband the residents AGM, which has decreased transparency and accountability to the leaseholders. They refuse to reveal, even when directly requested, to state any and all commissions they receive from outsourced contracts. Not surprisingly, service charge costs have risen. And in an unwarranted attempt to force through repairs, intentionally damaged private property, to which I have had to take them to Tribunal Courts to try to resolve. In my opinion, they are arrogant, rude and unethical.

Dealt with as a freeholder surveyor in a simple flat renovation. Intrusive, obstructive, expensive and arrogant. Resulted in a 6 month delay to our project. We were provided with petty, run of the mill surveyor services wrapped up in complexity and bureaucracy relying on building control, council planners and utility companies to assist us and overrule incorrect decisions and assist our renovation. Immediately fired by freehold company on completion of project.
