Looks like this company send out notices timed to arrive after the period for the lower penalty has expired - see also Sarahs review, similar dates. In this case wife overstayed on 17/3/23. Notice dated 31/3/23 arrived 18/4/23, too late to pay reduced rate. No recent or current postal strike. Appeal submitted

I have evidence (photographic and recorded audio) that your parking requirements for disabled people are wildly contradictory to themselves. Since this means a disproportionate amount of disabled people have been affected, I intend to expose you to the media. Sending me a fine when I parked legally was the biggest mistake you ever made.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!! They first gave me a parking charge which I appealed they didnt accept and said that I will pay extra so had enough going back and forth over emails and I went to pay online which stated there is nothing to pay and I even called the number which said reference number is not recognised I have received another letter to my home which another amount even higher then what they agreed completely ignoring all emails and not even responding and the number they provide you cannot get through to them. Never experienced such awful experience! I have read reviews about taking them to court which I feel I will have to also do! Dont trust this company!
