Nadeem saw me at short notice due to a potential emergency situation with my eye. She provided an excellent service, conducting a thorough examination and putting my mind at rest in relation to the issue. All the team were very friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have been visiting opticians in London for more than 10 years - this was my best experience yet. I was dealt with by Nadeem, and he took the time to really understand what kind of glasses I wanted, and gave a me a large variety to chose from. I am definitely coming back to these guys. Thanks for everything. Love my new glasses.

I had a very positive experience at this opticians. Huda did my eye test and she was so lovely and patient, I didnt feel rushed as I have at other places! Nadeem was also lovely and took the time to adjust my glasses multiple times until they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place!

Super-friendly and professional. They really took time to check everything thoroughly, and with a lovely relaxed manner. And then they made a real effort to help me choose the right glasses for me. They are clearly experts, and I felt that they cared about what was best for me. Highly recommended.
