Very unprofessional. The studio was closed when I got there even though I had an appointment. Eventually, the lady showed up but I still had to wait forever cannot recommend unfortunately

The shop smelt like wet dog , the owners dog was barking the whole time which made this experience very stressful. By far the worst infill Ive ever received. Most of my nails broke after 2 days , I cant believe how poorly this was done. . Please stay away from this shop its an absolute waste of money!

Horrible place that smells of urine and cheesy feet. Avoid at all cost you will be scammed and overcharged. Sadly, all 1 star reviews are true. Trading standards need to be called for the dodgy set up and illegal activities. Will never return again!!! This kelly woman will guilt trip the customers into her sob story about being homeless for sympathy . A horrible place that will have your manicure peeling in a few hours trust me!!! A con artist who preys on women who she presumes have extra money to spend because the nasty nail shop is in Central London. If you have money to waste then this is the place

Horrible, please avoid. I paid 85 for gel nails, it has been only a few days and they are all peeling off. Some of the nails are matte and some are shiney. Plus to remove the gel she uses the sander to remove old polish and it hurt like hell!

I dont like leaving bad reviews, but I feel people should be warned! I had tried this salon before, both times I booked and paid through treat well and when I showed up the salon was closed. Even after the lady had confirmed shed be there after the first no show. My normal salon 7 Heaven was so busy so I thought Id give this place one more try. On entry, the place smells of bad plumbing. It is dirty but I thought how bad can it be. I asked for pedicure with shellac usually 30-40 from my fav salon, the lady doing the treatment was very nice but has broken and cut the soft area of the skin on my feet in two places with the pumice stone. No visible price lists in the salon or their website. It gets calculates when youve had the treatment. 78 apparently and that was with 50% discount!!! I explained how unhappy I was, having never paid that for shellac pedicure and I wouldnt have if I knew before hand but I explained how I didnt feel that was right. I paid the treatment, as I wanted to make sure the lady doing my treatment was paid but I will not go back. Its not a peaceful place as there are 4/5 dogs and children running around as well. I would think twice / ask for a price before coming here! Go to 7 Heaven instead! Having read all the other reviews Im surprised they have not been investigated it seems there is a pattern of ripping customers off. Service: Pedicure
