Zen Haus Nails & Beauty - Best Baker Street London Nail Bar

Just had a simple red manicure. I will not be coming back. The staff especially the girl that did my nails (I dont even know her name) was extremely rude, unwelcoming, impatient, and full of attitude. There was poor hygiene, they just use the same nail files and dont even wash their hands before starting with a new client. I will DEFINITELY not come back. Find a better place and dont waste your money on this awful place. Service: Manicure

This is the best salon in London hands down. Try the Bio Gel option - it will make your nails grow fast and strong and it lasts for around 3 weeks! Highly recommend you to go here.

If I could give a 0 rating for this place they wont deserve it. Me and my colleague went to this horrible place to do our nails 2 times within 4 weeks,(thats disgusting).The staff there are not professional at all and do not know how to speak to customers.They were very rude and unprofessional and seems like they are working there just to make money for the owner, or may be for themselves, as they just accept transfers or cash.When we went there to ask for a refund for what service we received and we paid over 300 within 4 weeks, they started giving us reasons.They also were talking in their own language which is racist and just arguing in top of their voices in-spite of offering a refund or an apology. When I ask the names of them and the manager they refused several times and after asking 10 times they gave their names as Jenny, Amy and the manager Mr Nguyen(I doubt the names given are even correct ) Also they have this terrible service, that only one person will not do ones nails but will keep exchanging staff for the same person within 3-4 of them. Please avoid this terrible place.I have also seen that the owner replies to previous reviews saying its untrue, if its that me being a manager I never do this to my customers as I want to the customers to leave with a memory and use the business again.I would never recommend this place.
