Kubie Gold is definitely the best agency my partner and I have ever met. David and Kevin are always very quick to respond to all of our requests and their professional and customer-oriented attitudes really impressed us. We had such a lovely time at Morris house and even though we have moved out of London now, we will never forget about the happy memories we had there.

I would like to say what a pleasure it has been to deal with Eric at Kubie Gold. I have had many experiences with management companies in the past and the vast majority of them have been beyond frustrating to deal with, however, I can only say positives about Eric. He has been a pleasure to deal with, always informative, polite and gets the job done quickly and efficiently, which at the end of the day is the most important aspect of a managing agent.

Block management with Eric Elavia in charge has been excellent. Eric is proactive and is also always very quick to respond to queries and deal with concerns. He is very approachable and efficient. He definitely deserves a five star rating.

I was very pleased with my experience at Kubie Gold, especially with the professionalism and efficiency of David Fern and Kevin Gold. Any problems with the flat were resolved promptly and the process from rental to check out was very smooth. I would highly recommend it and it was the most enjoyable rental experience I have had in London.
