I left with mixed feelings about staying at 35 Nottingham Place, Flat 3B. I would suggest people to consider the following: The letting agent Anna is great to work with, quick to communicate and easy to get hold of. This flat has outside access (great for privacy), but is still on the lower ground floor, so gets very little sun and delivery companies cannot find it, as its not listed along with all the flats in the building when you use the postal code for this address. The flat door, is 1 meter away from the rubbish room, and EXTEMELY noisy, even at 3am because people need to come down the stairs and right to your door to throw away their rubbish its non-stop, constant, every day. The neighbours in the apartment above are very loud and come home drunk in the early morning hours which is troublesome. The acoustics in the building itself is not great, you can hear everything that people do, so there is lots of ongoing noise. The apartment itself is in great condition and centrally located to Marylebone High Street everything you need is right there!

One of the best reliable London agencies. Izabela did her best to find me an apartment that fits my budget, she is just amazing and trustworthy. The apartment was so stylish that it was a real pleasure to live in it, everything was functional and the area is so calm and chic at the same time. Food stores, bus and metro are very close to the apartment. I recommend this agency to 200%.
