These are the only estate agents I will ever use. Ever. That's how good Story of Home are. Stuart helped us to find the home of our dreams, managed to get our offer accepted in a very competitive bidding process, and then saw us through a very complicated exchange. Throughout the service was impeccable, thoughtful, and professional. I really cannot rate Story of Home highly enough.

Incredibly happy with all aspects of dealing with Matthew and Stuart from Story of Home. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The process whilst not straight forward through no fault of their own, was made straight forward by how they dealt with everything and made it easy for me. This experience was light years away from other experiences from larger estate agents and I would highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them.

After a bad experience trying to sell our flat through one of the big estate agency chains, Story of Home was recommended to us by a friend. Our experience couldnt have been more different; Stuart actually cared about our sale and knew the market and the business inside out. He was there at every step of the way through a fairly complicated sale. He gave excellent advice on everything, was quick to respond to any questions and was there for us whenever needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Story of Home, to anyone.

Story of Home, very professional outfit. The add prepared for my apartment was excelent (great pics) and the story of my apartment was personalized and gave a reader the feeling of the place and the area. The offer was procured quickly (just a few viewings). Stuart was a star. Without him and his involvement the deal would take ages but he was pushing my lawyers and others to deliver necessary documents. But what was the most important for me was that he cared, he kept me informed at all times about the progress and issues when they arose. I did not have to chase and he was always responsive and available. You can see that he cares about his clients and the business. It is not only money but it is also the pride that he takes from delivery of the best service. If I buy another place in the UK for myself or my son, I will certainly use him again.
