I am a huge Jura fan. Owning my first machine a Jura F70 since 2006, I have only just replaced it in 2022 after 16 years of service. As bean to cup machines go I think they work really well. If you want the full Barista experience where you load the coffee in the ports filter, tap it down then clip it into place blah blah then these are not the machines for you. If you want to press just one button to get your coffee these machines are second to none. My only issue with the machines is the ability to have hot milk. They are programmed to 55c for milk temperature which is ok but I would prefer a little hotter. With my old machine I had a spout and could heat the milk as hot as I wanted. With the new machine you dont have that option. Not a deal breaker but just annoying. Jura please sort it out. Although if this machine last another 16 years which I fully expect it will then I might be to old for another one. :) A retro fit would be nice. If not for the milk this would be 5*+.

Excellent service. Took my machine in for a service, all cleaned up and as good as new when I picked it up. Staff always polite and friendly, an all round good customer experience. Oh, and they do take contactless payment.
