      • Emperor Windows

        Booked a week all inc at a resort in Rhodes via Imperial Travel. It was Blue Bay Beach Resort, all good, looked nice etc. When we arrived (late due to flight delays) we were told that they had overbooked and they dumped us in two un-airconditioned rooms with (literally) concrete beds. It was three in the morning so nothing could be done. The next day the hotel were very unhelpful so we called Imperial travel direct from Greece to see what they could do. It was a bank holiday Monday so we were not hopeful. We dealt with a lady called Nadine who was absolutely disgusted with the situation. Within an hour she had arranged alternative accommodation including free taxis in another resort that was stunning. Superb customer service, we will use these guys next time for sure.
