Received my first order from Mason & Sons today, a beautiful pair of royal blue flared trousers. Beautifully packaged in a wonderful presentation box. I was unable to attend a fitting, so I sent my measurements via email. The fit and the tailoring is absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to Elliot Mason and all of the team. Absolutely first class, nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I was in and got fitted for my No time to die cream corduroy suit by Elliot on Tuesday 18th October 2022 and I must say I thought Elliot was an absolute gentleman, so easy going and so professional when he measured me up for my new suit. I cannot wait to receive my new suit in the next few weeks when it gets made too. I also travelled all the way from Northern Ireland to get suit so iam sure once it comes it will be worth the wait. ;)

Fantastic experience. David and Elliot are extremely friendly and helpful, constantly staying in touch about the progress of their products. I have been immensely satisfied with the final product as well as how engaged they enabled me to be with the process of the making of my dinner suit. The suit fit incredibly, the result of their perfectionism- I had multiple trials of the suit in their place at Montagu Square, where they were able to alter the dinner suit to ensure a perfect fit. This was an extremely positive experience, especially for a newcomer to the formal menswear scene and has been vastly diggerent, and I feel, better than some of the savile row interactions that I have had, which have I have found to be rather stuffy. It is clear that Mason and Sons is a brand that treasures customer experience and strives for excellence in their suits, and the results speak for themselves. I look forward to purchasing more suits from here!
