Since leaving home some 16 years ago I have rented many rooms all around London. However with the vast majority of them its usually been a case of below average housing where the landlord takes your money and leaves you to it. Recently however, Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Dulo Properties and wow what a difference! If only every landlord could be this efficient then I think there would be a lot of happy people in rented accommodation. To cut a long story short the actual house was in very good condition, which makes a change. Branislav was fantastic on viewing and showed me everything, he also made clear in a friendly way that people are expected to respect the home and respect other people from the outset, and you could see that this was taken on board by the other housemates by the cleanliness of the house and the peaceful atmosphere. Dulo Properties is a family business I believe, and Savina and Ulyana deal with the paperwork side of things. Communication was brilliant, they are very friendly and deal with every aspect professionally. You sign an actual tenancy agreement and your deposit is a very reasonable and low price, its also protected and held by the DPS agency. In the end I didnt actually end up staying as long as I had planned due to some family issues. Upon discussing this with Dulo Properties they were very understanding and happy to find a new tenant for the room, which I appreciated greatly. Upon leaving the house I promptly received back my deposit and the majority of that months rental payment. All I can say is that after living in well over 10 different house shares over the years, Dulo properties are without a doubt the most professional and friendly. You can see that they truly care about not only their company but their tenants also which is refreshing to see these days. To summarise, if you are ever looking at renting a property which Dulo Properties manage, you are in very safe hands and will have no problems at all! Thanks Branislav, Savina and Ulyana. Whilst brief, it was a pleasure to deal with you all.
