        We ordered the Davenport Bureau item in April 2022 and only received the delivery 8 months later. We had to continuously chase them for updates. They only offered a 5% discount and shopping wasn't included. The customer service is terrible in particular Elinor and Paul. We never received an apology from Paul in being very rude. We will not shop with them again. **UPDATE** Based on the review that was left yesterday, I would like to make some things clear. 1. The apology from Paul was never given 2. We had to continously chase you for updates and we were told various different excuses and timelines that were wrong 3. The discount was given to a trade account because I have a company that is setup at the warehouse 4. The reason why the review wasn't left earlier is because we were afraid that the unit will be damaged deliberately or we would be given the unit that is at the store.

        Bought a custom width table and bench from Another Country, which are both splendid pieces of furniture. Also would like to commend the team for excellent after-purchase care. Looking forward to the day when we have the space to buy something else from them.
