        Brilliant service. Probably the best I have in England. We had some old notes and the guest assisted us and gave directions on how to change them at the post office. The manager adrian was brilliant as well and really friendly. Will definitely come back to when I am in london again. The night shift staff when I was there from 29th March-2 april were fantastic as well. Breakfast are fantastic as well. Rooms: Nice, clean and with great amenities. Had lots of complimentary drinks and snacks.
