        I was disappointed with Lady Boss Hair Salon. Firstly, the coupon which I purchased on Groupon for my wife made no mention of the fact that they charged extra for women with hair below their shoulders, this was only explained after I had purchased the coupon. Secondly, when my wife arrived for her appointment, they told her that the appointment had been accidentally written into their diary on a different day and that there was no availability. My wife had travelled across the city and had made the effort to be 10 minutes early, to then be told that she should come back another day. Poor form; they wouldnt have liked it if it were the other way around and she hadnt turned up and left them hanging.
