        I had gone in for a trim, and made specific instructions for the way I want my hair. In the middle of the haircut, the barber makes a suggestion for a different style, which I replied to with No. He asks again and insists it will look nice. I have never had the haircut he suggested, so I reluctantly agreed. It ended up being one of the worst trims Ive ever received. I told him I wasnt happy with the trim, and he proceeds to blame me because I didnt tell him how I liked my hair. This is poor customer service, if anything he should have asked how I like my hair style before making any suggestions. He did not assess whether his suggestion was suitable or not, his reason was I think it would look nice. I have been coming here regularly for months and each time my experience had been pleasant, and the barbers were very nice. But unfortunately this one left a really sour taste in my mouth (and a really bad trim with it). I was not expecting this.
