        Applied for visit visa and its been 02months, and they have held my passports. With no responce to any of my emails or anything. Worst customer service.

        Really bad service of Switzerland embassy London, I just call the operator to ask about visa but she is so rude even did not listining me I tried but she end the call without answer my question. Swiss Embassy must need to fire that kind of staff who even didn't listen the question, I hope embassy management's will take action against her.

        unbelievable!!! pick a different country to visit. The service is the most 1960 thing you have seen, and then they will not adhere to your travel plans and ignore emails. why do they even bother to say people should have confirmed itinerary? You end up not getting the visa on time therefore loosing all your money in bookings! Seriously, pick another country. JOKE
