Needed help on an Oracle Coffee Machine. The actual engineer visit wasn't the most helpful (to be honest). However, the company recognised that immediately when I brought it up and didn't charge for it (was very fair andappreciated). They ended up needing to take the machine into their warehouse for repairs and returned everything faster than quoted! Everything works well now with no issues and wold recommend LEC to others.

Outstanding service, highly attentative staff, fully dedicated to repair my loved 10 year old Bosch build in caffee machine. This was specifically challenging as there was limited availability of spare parts. It was throughout the process a great pleasure working with the team of London Engineers, ... any other company would have let me down and given up to get my machine repaired... London Engineers did not and Got It Done!!! Thanks you so much. This is highly appreciated

London Engineers came in April to service my Viking gas hob. I had been trying for some while to get someone to check the appliance and this was proving difficult as Viking don't appear to market their appliances in this country. I was advised by the LE engineer that the hob was in very good working order and, although one part could have been replaced, there was no pressure to have this done. The cost of 366 for basically testing the appliance was high but this was partially due to travelling time as I live in Buckinghamshire. Overall I am pleased that the hob has eventually been serviced.

We booked this company to fix our pasta boiler for our restaurant which the appointment was 10 am to 12 pm "This is a confirmation of the engineer's visit scheduled for Friday, 10th of March - 10 am - 12 pm (arrival time slot) - Blue Seal Pasta boiler assessment (with all possible repairs)." but the engineer came late (around 3 pm) on our working hours when we have to look after costumers. The invoice was issued a call out including 30 minutes on site labor work. The engineer found out the problem without touching the pasta boiler in maximum 10 minutes (They charged us for 30 minutes with no REPORT and no REPAIR plus 8.50 for parking which everyone can park on the main road with 1.93 per hour) and he said he would report the problem to the head office and they will come back to us which they never did! All these two weeks we called and emailed them but they never come back to us. We asked to speak with the Manager multiple times and again they ignored us. After two weeks trying to speak with them , they are saying that we are rude to them! We do not know who is the rude and unprofessional here? Us that we are chasing the job to be done and they never get back to us or Them who take the money and never deliver their services and IGNORE the costumers!
