Id love to be able to review the quality of their product but Ive been on their installation waiting list for seven months now, with three different months being promised to install but no sign of it. Customer Services doesnt seem to be able to get an answer from their own installers. Not looking good for the future really, despite constantly receiving marketing telling me that their service is in my area. UPDATE: fastest response Ive ever had from them was to contest the validity of this review because it was going public. Eight months waiting now and Ive received another email telling me We're working hard to connect you within the next 6 months. Still doesnt bode well for ongoing service.

This company uses annoying door knocking tactics to get your details. They don't initially introduce themselves as a broadband provider or state they are trying to sell a product. Instead they waste time testing broadband speeds and asking for contact details before it becomes apparent they are out to sell their broadband. Not what I want after a long day at work.

Had Swish Fibre for a few weeks now and is so much better than our old internet provider. Internet is fast and brilliant for streaming etc. Installation was quick and efficient. Had a few issues at first with connecting to our ring device but once an extra router was sent out to put in the hallway not had any problems since. Overall so pleased I decided to switch over. Customer service is okay could do with some improvement.
