Shortly afterwards he then emailed me quotes which were the fine tuned with his son, Jonathon Ricardo Pumisacho to finalise the work.
In April 2022 the agreement was for an extension with Building Control included. Digging began that same day and rough line markings were made outlining the extension boundaries. This work took a few days with no physical work taking place afterwards as communication begun to break down regarding pricing quotes which didn't appear reasonable, their recommendation and / partnership with another company which had little consumer credibility and due to lack of communication.
Ultimately I had get my solicitors involved to dissolve my working relationship with JP Constructions.
In July 2022 my solicitors took the necessary legal steps to contact them and they did not reply to any of the letters sent by recorded delivery or email. As a result I am therefore entitled to escalate this issue further in court to recover lost payments and expenses.
