And the award for worse customer service, with clueless indivduals, that have no clue on how to provide customer service, goes to MG! The staff are not rude, however, neither are they competant, it's like taking to a back street aftermarket people with no understanding of how car customer service works. I have counless asked for a car specification of the orginial build, ask for time scales on orders, but all I get is a juvenile reply.

Appalling Customer Service MG. I've had a MGZS for over 2 years and recently purchased the MG4 at the end of last year. Received a letter for a product safety recall, phoned MG garage to book it in and they want to charge me 20 for a courtesy car plus 1350 excess charge if it gets damaged.!!! New initiative from MG, really??? So everytime it needs to go into the garage and I can't afford to wait 5 hours for them to attend to it because I work. This is what they will be charging customers in the future. DISGUSTING, APPALLED.

Having problems with the radio from the beginning and they said they put new software and will work. after 2 service radio stops and i did a new booking for fixing this they made next booking in 3 months time and today said my car isnt anymore under warranty.

Bought MGZS 2 years ago, was told it would do 200 miles on one charge, it never has,only ever achieving 160 ish but quite happy with that. However its now down to less than 100 miles and all I get from MG customer services is you need to change driving style, its too cold, you need to charge it on a rapid charger, etc Its been in 4 times to main dealer they say nothing wrong but nobody is prepared to look at the pictures Ive sent and accept it has a problem. Having a car that you cannot drive more than 50 miles in one direction without having to look about for a recharging point which works is a joke.

The worst manufacturer I have used ever used, ordered a new car in SEP 22 was informed I would get the car in Dec 22, Dec came Jan 23 came, but still no car or any corresponence from MG. Untill I went to the dealerships to complain, they promised me my car would be here in mid FEB, now they have contacted me and say my car was Damaged during delivery and would have to be returned to China and would take another 3 months to get the car we ordered six months ago, but we Could have a white one. I will be informing Motability of the disgusting and there none existent customer service. MG Chiswick stay clear
