Worst customer service received from Adrian! I have been leaving emails an messages with other colleagues for him to ring me back when he finally calls me over a month later he tells me my car wont be there on the date he specifically told me but it wouldnt be there for another 2 months which is such an inconvenience as this is a disabled car and the only way my mum is able to get around (we had already waited 5 months for the car to begin with). He then said in the next breath "oh there's a different car you can have its the same spec come and pick it up Tuesday" and promised he would email a over the licence plate number so I could get a permit to park which I never received. I then had to ring up Tuesday to find it out but he wouldn't even pick up the phone to me I was then put though to a manager to be told its a different spec altogether so I could have went all the way to marlebone to collect it with a disabled lady to be told no sorry when he could have just rang me a told me the mistake he had made disgusting behaviour. I wish I never come to this company all this trouble to get the car imagen the trouble I will have when there's something wrong with car. If it wasnt for all the long waits with all the other car companys I would cancel my order and go else where
