Stopped by at this branch today. Needed pound coins for the laundrette. None available. First time ever. In any bank or building society. That I have asked for coins, and been told there are none available. When I asked for options, it was recommended that I catch a bus to the Kilburn branch. If they cannot manage simple things like coins.........

Worse manager ever.instead then slap the door in people face without explication should be more sensitive to customer service.hope someone will take in consideration all this bad complain and let her understand that is so wrong.

Worse attitude I ever seen from people who work in bank I, just been there now ,a customer was not happy with cashier attitude and her manner and instead of apology to him and understand his point she just laughed at him and make poor customer more angry and when one of other cashiers or manager came around she did not try to understand customer complain and just back her employee up .I really don't know what had happened to great customer service provision from bank might be just post pandemic effect that people have forgotten what is theit job and why they are getting paid for . Shame
