Louise Adams Yoga in Bruton

Its great to have such a class so close to home. Louise is an amazing teacher and can read the room well that enables her to suggest modifications for everyones energy levels. I look forward to Wednesdays. The group that go are really friendly which helps create a lovely atmosphere.

I have been going to Louises yoga class for 3 years now and I love it! I have to admit Im not usually good at sticking to stuff but this is such a welcoming group and enjoyable class that I look forward to it every week. Its good for absolute beginners but Louise gives you the option of taking the poses further if you want more of a challenge. We all have bad days sometimes and what I like is that you feel comfortable going to whatever level is right for you that day. Louise reminds us all the time that its not a competition, its your practice and you go to the level that is right for you. This ethos has spread into the group making this a really lovely supportive environment. If you decide to give it a go you are guaranteed a warm welcome.
