After our boiler decided to pack in and cause significant damage to our home, Trina went above and beyond to accommodate our family rearranging bookings to allow us to stay uninterrupted in the property. Trina was an attentive host arranging for quick resolution of issues and maintained great communications throughout our stay. The property itself was presented to a high standard making the stay comfortable and stress free. For my daughter it became a home away from home. Thank you for everything.

We stayed here in July 2018 as a family across three generations. The owners were very helpful in helping arrange the delivery of a car seat for our baby, eventually offering to get it delivered to their other place and driving it to the cottage to ensure it came on time. There were however a few issues with our stay. On arrival we saw that the bin hadnt been emptied, the oven was smelling very bad and a few amenities advertised werent there such as no handwash etc. There were also leaks at two places and we had to put towels to absorb them. The owner was quick to resolve the issues that she reasonably could, and apologised re the rest. We were satisfied with her response. We didnt ask for any compensation because we didnt feel the need to nor did she offer any. Overall we found the service good but the infrastructure a bit lacking.
