        A haven! Impressive classes in a genuinely relaxing studio. I have been going to the Monday evening classes with Noriko for a year, which are incredible, and I have dipped into Megan and Tabitha's classes too. Teachers are all very attentive and the small class sizes are a winner.

        Lovely studio on a quiet road. I really like the fact that windows open for a fresh air. This is very important for a breathwork session. Some studios have only air conditioning.
