Ive dealt with this company for years and until today the service was excellent with very pleasant staff. Ive just had the rudest person speak to me after I was told my delivery would be in the morning and he insisted no one would say that and the delivery was due in the afternoon There are ways of speaking to customers and he obviously has not learnt any of them ! Unnecessarily aggressive He needs to learn manners and I dont want ever to buy from the company again if hes at the end of a phone !

I want to see some quality and they know it BROSTE 25 kg salt tabs bags sold at this shop.They been selling common unwanted "hydrosoft" for far too long."Hydrosoft" do a good fancy marketing job and that's about it in my view

These guys are so considerate and really went out of their way to help me with repairing my softener. Also anyone reading this - either buy your salt from these guys or buy branded salt. Don't buy anything that is not a well known brand it will ruin your softener!

This is the worst company i have had the pleasure in dealing with. We have used them before and they were happy to take our money, now i have tried to arrange another delivery with them and called 3 times as no one called me back, they have taken offence to my chasing and been rude and abusive. i suggest you take your business elsewhere if you are considering using them. i certainly will. lets hope when the market changes they dont look to their old clients for business. i have already managed to arrange a delivery from another company at 5 per bag of salt cheaper as well. so glad you were so rude !!!
