Tesco Express

I have say that the female staff are fine and the manager when he eventually showed his face after I called the police. I had to call the police because I came to collect my parcel on Boxing Day. I had had got messages from SHEIN and Evri saying my parcel was delivered. When I got there they gave another parcel. I told one is missing. They refused to go back and check. Instead the male staff were so rude and told be to away. So I came back to collect a delivery of 2 more parcels a few weeks later. Then they brought 3 parcels. Then realised all this time they had my missing parcel. I was very angry I as they refused to give it me as the time had passed. I called the police and started speaking loudly. I asked for manager. The shop assistant said he wasnt in. Thats was lie because he eventually came out to apologise but I lost that parcel due to their incompetence. My advice is not arrange for any parcels to delivered by Evri to this store. The staff are incompetent and are dishonest. I that from all complaints made about parcels going missing that an investigation should be held. Also all staff need retraining in customer services as it truly lacking in this store. My advice is to go the neighbouring Tesco express in Peckham and Rye land and avoid this one. I have no issue with the other Tesco express in Peckham.

I really regret diverting my Evri collection here. When came on boxing day, they gave some deliveries but I asked about one missing parcel they were so rude. That parcel is stt missing??? The last time I cam the staff member was okay but there were no other staff to serve at the till. After witnessing this, I would advise you to collect elsewhere. I will ask to speak to the manager and call the police to get my missing parcels.

This tesco is fully clapped, swerve it if possible. And dont order parcels to here because the staff say things like ahhhh can we do it tomorrow?, and take several years to actually collected it when they can be ar$ed. Evri is also clapped.

The staff are polite and helpful.Its local to me,if I go shopping or to pick up a little something an what I'm looking for isn't there? Or...sold out I ask staff on the floor if they have it in their stock area. Most times they will go check for me,if its available they bring it out. If not?,they will say don't have but?????,will tell me when replacement stock is coming and call back.

If Tesco are going to put signs to treat their staff with 100% respect, then those same staff need to do the same for their customers. Came to collect an Evri delivery from Freemans was informed first of all that their machine wasnt working then that there hadnt been a delivery today. This seems to an endemic problem with Tesco Express branches as Id previously attempted to collect parcels from their Tooley Street outlet. On both occasions I was told that the parcel couldnt be found, had not been delivered & to come back later. On those occasions I insisted and a senior manager intervened & quickly found my lost parcel. Sadly the individual purporting to be a manager behaved in surly manager. When I suggested that withholding my property was tantamount to theft & I might call the police, he shouted Go ahead then. After dialling 101 he constantly shouted over me to drown out my conversation with the police operator. Use this Tesco only as a last resort and never get your parcels delivered here as judging by other comments here its hit and miss whether they action arrive.
