I had a nice view, the price i got was very doable and the location is pretty good. However there were a lot of technical issues. We came home late at night to find that we could not open the door of our room, turned out to be the batteries in the lock(thank god there was still somebody who worked there). The lift didn't work from the first floor, the entrance didn't work. But also things like having only one roll of toilet paper and things of the sort. During the rest of the year it's probably a student accommodation, and I don't think they're ready as a hotel yet. Probably the most annoying thing is the lack of kitchenware. Like, there is a kitchen but as a tourist you can't use it because there are no plates or pots or pans, not even cutlery!
