Good Morning, After chasing for the great deals of properties they display. I unfortunetly have recieved the bitter end. After chasing global for their vetting proccess not have I only lost one oppurtunity to guardian a stunning property Now, where I have 1 week to move from where I live currently, I've been on top of them to make sure they are processing my data. But I'm telling you I have been told I was already vetted, come this new property where I showed urgence. The employees on the other side of the phone fail to inform me my original vet must be updated. I go through the hassle, for them to tell me this time I must include all 5 years work experince, proceed to do this within the same day. But the afternoon reaches (closing), and they tell me it wont possible for me to be vetted. I atleast ask if the property will still be available, she has told me yes, and no one has put forward anything. Now the next morning prior to open office hours, I naturally check if the property is still be listed, and not to be my suprise it's gone, I will call in the morning to double check. But overall, it's been a hassle, being told one thing then having to do another, in all of this time wasted to not only lose the property, But lose confidence in said company. I have been registered to them easily over 4 months, and no one can help, give warning. Just to be dropped in the dump. Overall, if you want something done, you practically have to be on them so that they can do their job, it's annoying and time wasting at best. Update: Firstly, It took enough time, but finally became a guardian, the stars are rather self explanatory, you can not go wrong when being a guardian, it's affordable. my only tip would be to keep your luggage light as Guadians do run the risk of being given a one month notice.
