        The most shockingly rude service Ive ever received in my entire life. No exaggeration here. Over the phone was being patronised when theyre in a healthcare role and should be the ones advising and educating on medications and procedures. Customer Service and basic human kindness and politeness doesnt exist with them. Its a shame I didnt read the reviews before choosing this pharmacy. Will be changing to another immediately.

        The most shockingly rude service Ive ever witnessed or experienced in my entire life. No exaggeration here. Over the phone was being patronised by a man when theyre in a healthcare role and should be the ones advising and educating on medications and basic procedures. Customer Service and basic human kindness doesnt exist with them. I even saw the woman working there being so passive aggressive and rude to an elderly vulnerable man. Its a shame I didnt read the reviews before using this pharmacy. Will be changing to another immediately.

        Have to agree with all the negative reviews here. The worst customer service! Not willing to help, patronising, asked for suggestion of whats best to take and the answer Ive got is I dont know with eye rolling it has a very bad smell there as well, not even sure how hygienic that place is. Definitely going to go further to buy medicine next time
