Dinesh has been my personal trainer for more than 2 years now both in person and digitally and has been a really great trainer to work with. He's really communciative and encouraging and I can see a difference in my strength since I've begun training. I definitely am not a slacker when it comes to working out on my own but my training definitely has a stronger impact than my solo workouts.

I've been training with Dinesh for almost 5 years now. My friend and I train together and we always come away feeling great - his sessions are both challenging and fun! He's also always adapting according to our needs - whether its new exercises and approaches to deal with our different strengths / our aches and pains (my friend has arthritis) / our fitness goals - or simply being flexible with how and when we train (including swiftly offering online sessions when lockdown came in). Could not recommend him highly enough.

I first trained with Dinesh last year when the gyms closed due to lockdown. He introduced me to weights which I really enjoyed. His sessions were varied and always challenging, and also a lot of fun. I lost a fair bit of weight during my training, and learnt a lot about how to lift weights safely. I have subsequently recommended him to friends. He is incredibly passionate about training. 10/10

When I met Dinesh just over 2 years ago, I was at my heaviest and I was miserable. I've been to PTs in the past, but they have absolutely destroyed me on the first session so I never went back. Dinesh worked with me to understand what I was capable of and he built me up from there. I always avoided exercise as found it boring but Dinesh showed me it doesn't have to be and we started doing a variety of different activities to see what I liked. Now I'm 4 stone lighter and see Dinesh once or twice per week and we do a mixture of Muay Thai and weight lifting, and I absolutely love it. I look forward to our sessions & he is seriously reasonably priced. Thank you so much Dinesh for everything - Killer!
