Incompetence, disrespect, amauteurism caused loss of time and money When the seller tries to fool a customer and does not admit their fault it is much worse than just a missed order. Full history below (grammar and punctuation was not altered): Monday -When it will be delivered if I order today? >>>This will be delivered on weds, is the correct part you require? - Any chance it could be delivered tomorrow? Your listing says 24hrs delivery. >>>This will be correct however delivery will be on weds Thursday - When the absorber will be delivered??? I ordered it on Monday morning and it is still not with me. Why you offer 24Hrs delivery if you cannot commit to it? >>>Please check your inbox we messaged you stating it will take 2-3 days for delivery as it comes from germany which would have been on weds and we have been waiting for you to reply back so we no whether to process your order for you or not -So why it was not with me yesterday??? I do not understand what are you trying to say? You made a statement that it will be delivered on Wednesday. The order was confirmed what kind of additional confirmation you wanted from me? >>>All we needed was a confirmation stating that you are happy to wait as some customers dont want to wait 2-3 days as they need it earlier so they purchase it from there local motor factors, thank you for the reply we will process your order for you -Please provide me with evidence where you asked me for confirmation that Im happy to wait 2-3 days for the order. >>>I have processed your order and we will send it out for you Frankly, I cannot understand what kind of people work at that company. Delivery delayed by 6 days. Yes, I do count weekends as a hire car is not for free over weekends!

Finding the right part for my car was a cinch. My experience was made better when they delivered my order quickly. Im definitely using this site again.

Im really impressed by the range of products. I didnt need to go too far to find the parts I wanted and the stuff is offered at a good price and arrived in mint condition
