Im delighted to recommend Terracotta and Tom in particular. He did such a good and comprehensive job on the survey of our house (for the buyers) that we engaged him to carry out the level 3 survey of the house were buying too. He addressed all my specific questions in his survey and in follow up calls too. Terracotta has provided a great service and I consider them to be very good value. Thank you very much.

We had such an incredible experience using Terracotta Properties. Harry, Charlie and the team were excellent from the get go and took the time to understand what we needed and wanted from our survey. The survey was delivered extremely quickly and the quality was impeccable. So detailed, thorough and nothing missed. Our solicitor even commented that is was one of the best surveys she has seen in her thirty year career! Harry was on hand to talk us through the document and advise us on any concerns we had. We couldnt be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend using Terracotta Property Services.
