Had an awful first scan with unhelpful staff who were not kind, or respectful to the point where I was scared to go to my next scan. After raising a formal complaint the service did improve but not drastically. Always difficult to get in contact to change appointments, majority of the staff do not seem overly interested in helping or explaining information to you. No support offered unless you ask and even then it is not great. Would not want to go back here for a scan again, only reason I do is because of the technology.

I wanted to leave a review as there are so many negative ones. I had a lovely experience here the scan was great no one made me feel uncomfortable, of course there was discussions between Drs but the information was passed on to me promptly and I felt comfortable the whole time. They really put in a lot of time and effort to check on the baby and get the measurements they needed which of course we appreciated. I spoke to 2 receptionist, one was a little blunt but nothing that would warrant a complaint and the other one was lovely.

Awful, wouldnt recommend for anyone worst midwives so different from st Thomas whos midwives are wonderful

My wife loves it here and the staff are super friendly and its always so quick. Literally never had anything but a great experience here.

Nice building but reception, which is the face of the unit, could be nicer. Asking questions seem like stress for them. They dont seem happy to see patients coming in.
