I had been searching for a place for over 3wks when I met Sahil, and I was moved and settled in within 1week. The process though thorough, was smooth, fast and Sahil was on hand to provide all the clarification and support I needed. He was very kind and straightforward, he told me everything I needed to know about the house and it's current occupants. I only had to view the house once in person and he was kind enough to give me a ride back to the train station to make sure I got there before it started to rain. During that ride, he showed and told me a lot about the area, where I could get what, etc. and that was really helpful in helping me get around when I eventually moved in. He had even helped talk the landlord into getting me an extra chest of drawers because I wanted more storage space. It's been almost six months and he would still always randomly reach out to confirm everything is fine and that I am still happy with the house. Et of course I am

My experience with Lettings of London is terrible. Just dont even try its all fake and youll be tricked into believing empty promises then they wont even fix your broken window for over 1 year. My window is still broken by the way.

I had a very positive experience with Lettings of London Ltd. I thank Sahil for the quick process of preparing and signing the necessary documents. It was nice that all the paperwork was done online.

Sahil arranged a viewing for a flat then ghosted me entirely. Not even a cancellation message - instead, Sahil failed to respond to texts, WhatsApp messages, or calls entirely from hours before the booking until 30 minutes after the arranged viewing time had passed, and was not present at the property. Even from an estate agent, that level of disregard is shocking. Edit: Over an hour after the arranged time had passed, I received a call from Sahil where he claimed that we had arranged in a separate call, days after we initially arranged the viewing, to phone on the morning of the viewing to confirm the appointment. I didn't remember that happening, but went back through my call logs with both the agency's phone number and Sahil's mobile just to make sure I wasn't maligning them unfairly. No such call ever occurred. The lack of professionalism to forget an appointment is one thing. The gall to openly lie and shift blame to save face is something else. Shameful.
