        Utterly disappointed by the customer service of this store as I bought some switches as samples and one of them did not have a resealable plastic packaging, I asked the salesman (Ravi) if its ok if I open it and he said that I should just be careful while opening the packet and it should be easily refunded, but unfortunately the day when I went to return it the guy absolutely refused and didnt refund the item although the packaging was torn from a side only (as carefully as I could), as there was no other way to open them. I asked him to check in their CCTVs to see the whole conversation again but he bluntly refused. Very poor customer service!
