Whatch out! This company isn't regulate by Legal Obudsman and they can't do anything about my case.I had a quote to sale my property in Turkey. After having already included on the quote fees for their Turkish Office branch, at the end, without any notice they charged me an extra GBP 255 for the translation of the PoA, which I thought was included in the on the original quote. After my complaint, Bercu, replay was " do you really think we would charge for a fees that doesn't exist?.....any seller and buyer pay what they need to pay". My point was only that I should have been informed before of any charges beside the one quoted. No apologies and no refund! Added on the 17th of September 2022. Further to LLI reply to this review, if 135 were for funds transfer, only two bank transfer were sent so I can't verify this, 120 pounds were kept in their pockets. Below are details of the invoice paid. Turkish Legal Services - Property sale (Izmir/Turkey office) 850.00 POA- notarising & legalisation (Izmir/Turkey office) 294.00 FCO cost 30.00 Notarial cost 80.00 Incrediby they omitted translations from the above fees? More it will be disclosed as the firm is now accusing me of fraud committed in the sale registration in Turkey.....when the one in charge of the sale was LLI..honestly, this firm is amazing!!!!!
