Been using this business for the last two years never did I have an issue. in the last few months the pair running this joint have become lax and unable to keep up with their clientele. 1. Found holes in clothes washed. All my fault due to sudden infestation apparently at my place (never did they it happen before) 2. Stain seem to be even stubborn than before and hence cannot be cleaned entirely 3. Items are not marked as damaged. Wouldnt matter as it would be your fault. (BEAWARE AND CHECK YOUR CLOTHES) 4. No catalogue of prices for cost to wash items and no receipts provided (will report to trading standards. Quite unfortunate that they are slowly slipping in standards and customer service. Arrogance and denial is the new ammo

Excellent service, honest, friendly, fair prices and family owned aswell. Blazers, shirts, outfits, men's suits, dresses the works! definitely recommend.

This may be a local family run independant but let me tell you they treat your garments like there own, I required some shirts washed and pressed a suit dry cleaned and a coat cleaned for my mother wich was due just before lockdown, Was recomended this place by friends of my mother and herself, they had my gaments which i informed them was urgent during the orthodox easter weekend, when I went to collect them to my amazement my stuff was ready and perfect they managed to get a mark off my colour of a white shirt that others locally have not been able to do, but then said "they are not happy" with how my mothers coat has turned out and would like it until Monday, I explained I will not be able to collect until the followiing saturday which was fine for them, when I collected it not only was it perfect my mothers fave when I showed her was well worth the wait, hats off and if you have not tried them give them a go reasonable on price and service is wayy above expectations.
