Google knows more than the GPs here. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for chronic skin condition (eczema) only to be told to continue using creams I already use and flatly refused a referral to a qualified dermatologist. The doctor even advised taking a private route despite hard earned tax money going into NHS. In short - Googling your health concerns or forking out to go private is a quicker, more effective way to find a solution than using this amateur bunch

Now I dont usually write reviews but on this occasion it is an absolute must! This GP used to be called St Giles Surgery, I have been with them since birth and have finally made the decision to leave as the service is absolutely terrible. They have no duty of care, no standards and lack basic service. I feel like they have become incredibly lazy (both doctors and other staff members) over the years and honestly should no longer be in business with the way they treat patients. Im disappointed because Ive been with them for years but the service has gone very downhill over the years. If I were you, Ill stay well away.

Truly terrible reception staff (Cindy). The gps and nurses are amazing. However, the receptionist staffs behaviour is appalling. This behaviour isnt a one time issue its repetitive. Patients in desperate need of help are being denied GP care by unqualified receptionists like CINDY who i dealt with recently. Receptionists here (specifically CINDY), display condescending and dismissive attitudes, telling patients who call for help youre not sick and you dont need a doctor as if they are medical professionals. Their denial of care has cause patients like myself to end up with conditions so severe we end up in A&E, receiving emergency treatment that would have been unnecessary if we were able to simply talk to our GPs. Do we not have the right to receive treatment from our doctors? With the number of complaints against the reception team, youd think that the practice would take the feedback on board and resolve these issues. Yet its like the practice doesnt care about their reputation or the way they treat patients. Its truly appalling.

I want to say thank you to doctors and receptionist for seeing my grandson when he wasn't well. They took care and listened to us. Extra thank you for joanna who went the extra mile when we had problems getting his medication. Was much appreciated we thank you for this.
