        Such a waste of time, tried to book an appointment and they says next one in two week. Give you wrong information and when you call saying youre running late by 5 min because THEY change your appointment they cant see you. So rubbish

        The nurse is uncaring and I don't trust her with my life. The GP's are super when you do get to talk to them on the phone or see them face to face. Reception staff changes regularly, sometimes you get helpful ones and sometimes not so good. Needs lots of improvements to get 5*... I doubt they read the reviews.

        Ive had a good experience so far. Its helpful to be able to submit requests online and the practice always responds in a reasonable timeframe. I had a thorough mum/baby check after giving birth recently. Ive always found the reception staff competent, polite and helpful.
