        Ordered via Uber Eats because I'm disabled and can't get to the shops. I ordered M&Ms, Smarties and Bounties which they couldn't find'. Did they substitute as instructed, no they didn't. So the entire shop is out of chocolate and no one ever answers the phone. I couldn't even cancel my order.

        Co-op delivery services is the poorest one ever. From 10 items ordered are missing at least 5 every single time but when I go in the shop is everything on shelves. They don't try even to substitute the items cause they're too lazy and bored to do that. I wish I can give -100 stars. Lazy people over and over

        The price on the shelf is never the price on the counter, 5 cash tills but barely can get 1 staff member on it

        Horrible store, they are always under staffed and over worked. As well as long queues at the tills. There is a particular staff member called Sayful, he's really rude.
