Appliance Vitals came to repair my washing machine which was not draining. Amin insisted that I empty the cupboard next to it & spent half his time in there.When I tried to use it next time it did exactly the same again. I contacted Appliance Vitals but as it was just over a month & they only guarantee repairs for 1 month, they refused to come unless I paid a reduced fee again. First red flat is they don't have a mobile, only email, so you cant immediately contact them. Second red flag is only guaranteeing a repair for 1 month is far too short. I was furious that they now wanted me to repay for what they should have done the first time. Got another plumber who successfully repaired the machine with a 6 months guarantee & a mobile. He could not understand why Amin had made me empty the cupboard as no pipes from the washing machine go in there. I am very upset that not only did they waste both my time & money but led me to believe that all was well when it patently wasn't. They did not treat me well at all & their after sales service was appalling - they did not do the job they were paid for. I am an OAP & expect a degree of care & help both of which were sadly lacking . I requested a refund but guess what, the emails stopped being answered. I was always taught that any company can give you a service, but where they show their true mettle is their after sales service. Boy did appliance Vitals fall badly down on that one. Great service! Our 15yr old washer dryer stopped working and we expected it to need expensive parts. We booked a time slot online for the next day and paid a fixed price 79 for the labour. The engineer arrived on time and diagnosed a malfunctioning sensor and was able to fix the machine by cleaning the sensor. All working again within an hour. Very happy. Service: Washer/dryer repair
