Really poor. Ordered 8 bottles and when I received the case, 2 bottles had been substituted for ones that I did not want (and of a lower value to those that I had ordered). When I complained, the response was they are out of stock and you ordered 8 bottles and got 8 bottles. Even worse, when I look online the 2 bottles that I have paid for are still showing as being in stock.. As a follow up - once I had posted the review, I was immediately called by the manager (shows these reviews work) who eventually refunded for the bottles I had not ordered, and the ones I had ordered are now correctly shown as out of stock.
