Worst experience ever no humanity, no manners to speak or help someone when they are in need.. Heavnt seen some one like them ( old lady and old man) on the till who don't even bothered to listen to u and start arguments .. Illiterates and i am not apologetic for my my words at all . If they cant serve their community then what are they working for just remove them. Because of them i lost my 4 parcels from Amazon

Awful Post Office - Staff are rude, lucky if you get two words out of them and the Post Office counter is always shut despite it's advertised opening times. It's either a system fault or they close it to keep an eye on the hoardes of school kids that go in there. I get the feeling they just can't be bothered. Will go a mile up the road in future to save wasting my time !

I had a negative experience with the staff at the parcel drop-off location. When I arrived there today, I was informed that they were closing for a break and that I had to wait for 20 minutes for reopening to drop off my parcel. Unfortunately, there was no one else available to assist me at that time, despite it being a workday at 4 pm. I found the staff to be rude and impatient. It would have been helpful if the location had communicated their break times in advance or displayed a notice on their door. This would have saved me time and prevented me from arriving when they were closed.

One Star too much for this! Very rude lady misrtuble all time on the till has no skills of customer service how she can work I don't know I pay and print stick the label. Just Need a scan she was too lasy asked million questions I paid up to 5KG but only post 100g she put 5 time scale it's joke I tried to explain he call other so and so he was jumping shouting trying to be Emigration officer ask Million Questions why not post same day it's ''expaired'' it is not Food mad people working on costomers service should be closed!

I work Mon - Fri in the nearby hospital and wanted to send three packages today, as its Saturday. She said have you filled in the form, I said how can I, I have just got here to send these out. She was so rude and told me to look at the weight and fill in the customs forms. As I went to weigh them, she went on to serve the next customer, who was doing the same as me and there was nowhere to write the forms, but she carried on serving the customer behind me. I was furious, that I slung the pen back at her and she had the cheek to tell me to come back Monday!! I told her thats why Im here now as a customer, who does not have the time in the week. Therefore, what difference does it make, as she didnt want to serve me on a Saturday and coming back Monday will make a difference will it! I will never go back to that store again, as they need some customer relations training.I am fuming, as I wanted these to go to the US and best the Christmas rush. Now I have to wait until next Saturday for the main post office. Saturday. 26:11.2022.
