        Called to get a quote - person came to measure up, no problem there, issue was when went into the shop to have a look at what they had on offer. Its ok it you want beige, beige or beige carpets - not many other colours to choose from and the "customer service advisor" and i use this term loosely, leaves a lot to be desired. Asked for a written quote to give to my landlord and was told to "just put the price on my phone" Er.... No. Wont be using this "company" thats for sure. Will go to Carpetright instead, at least im guaranteed a better colour choice and customer service experience!
