Great systems and responsive to emails. Simple process to order and the team were more than happy for us to try before we rented. Price was 1k less than their competitors! Only negative was that when we arrived at our exhibition stand, the system was boxed up and unbuilt. We had to build it and as this hadn't been communicated to us, we didn't bring tools or organise for somewhere to store the big wheeled case it arrived in.

These guys are excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service and cost, professionalism and friendly & knowledgable staff of AV Rental Services is a cut above any other company in the UK. The team has made our jobs easier on demo units; streamlining the process, being transparent with customers and communicating effectively throughout. When they say they will do something, they don't just do it, they excel at it. The feedback from my customers has been outstanding and this makes my job a much happier one! Reasonable prices, great quality whiteboards. Really easy to set up and the whole process of ordering, delivery, set-up and collection was completely hassle free. Would highly recommend.
