Ever since I decided to buy JTP products, it has been nothing but disappointment. First their customer service tells me that they dont sell items to individual customers, they only sell to retailers. And when you order through retailers as well, their products do not arrive on time at all. Now I have to go and buy an alternative product with a different finish just to get my job done. If thats their service for products which are yet to be sold, god help me if it ever comes to their after sales service. Should have read those 1 star reviews first before choosing JTP. Edit: I dont think you can help anymore. We had no choice but to use a cheaper alternative to complete the installation at cost of ruining the aesthetics. And by the way, the next day delivery for the product was scheduled between 2pm and 4pm yesterday (17th Jan). I stood there at the retailer store waiting for the delivery to happen till 5pm and had to leave because the store closes at 5:30 pm. Out of courtesy the retailer asked the neighbouring shop to collect the late delivery if it comes by, but apparently it came only too late at night, by which time the staff had changed and the delivery got refused. I had already been waiting for the product since about a week running from website to website and retailers to retailers. All I got at the end was disappointment, due to their unavailable stocks online, due to their unhelpful customer service, due to their inefficient delivery. Anyway, lesson learnt, will stay from this brand for my other projects and will share this experience within my network as well.

I bought VOS Brushed brass taps and shower for my bathroom renovation 15 months ago. They were easily installed and look amazing. Recently the basin tap had developed a small leak which turned out to be the cartridge. I contacted JTP and they sent out a replacement within 3 days. Fitted and all sorted. The products are excellent and Im really impressed by the post sales support (friendly, efficient and knowledgeable). Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Ordered an item from JTP which had some items missing but a quick call to them and their helpful staff and they were with me next day, couldnt fault that! All products look great quality!

Update number 3: See pictures attached of the "very popular range" a year on and after already been changed once. I have given jtp UK plenty of time to rectify this but Derek and Shikha have been ignoring my messages. This has left me with no other options than notify trading standards. Update nr 2: No response to any of my emails. Derek and Shikha are still ignoring me.even though they promised spare parts. Not honouring you warranties will have to be reported to trading standards. Do yourself a favour and dont shop here. Poor quality at the top price. Update: Year and a half on we had to replace the bathroom tap and a hose yet again. Customer service advisors Derek and Shikha, could not care less. Avoid. Spent over 1.2k on JTP black coated taps and the quality is appalling. So far had a shower head leaking and taps scratching just by looking at them. Awaiting replacements but not holding much hope.
